An automatic J-Box potting machine is composed of conveying, positioning, and potting systems. The potting machine is used for automatic glue potting of PV junction boxes. The servo motor and the potting head’s wide coverage area ensure that the J-box applicator can adapt to various junction box positions and the potting process is accurate and efficient. Moreover, 1-3 sets of potting heads can be customized to improve production efficiency as customers require.
